We are a cash-pay clinic. Your monthly program fee is not billed to insurance, which is exactly why it stays flat and predictable — no prior authorizations, no denials, no waiting on a pharmacy benefit manager to decide whether you qualify.

Lab work depends on the program. Hormone therapy includes your labs in the monthly price — nothing extra is billed. For weight loss and peptide therapy, labs are billed separately: we draw them at a contracted cash rate through Quest Diagnostics rather than billing your insurance, which in most cases costs less than what you would pay through a plan. If you’ve had comprehensive labs in the last 90 days, bring them and we’ll use those. HSA and FSA funds are commonly used for the program fee; check with your benefits administrator.

Your medication and supplies, physician oversight, dose adjustments, and unlimited visits — in office, by telehealth, or by text. Body composition analysis and nutritional support are included in every program.

The only things billed separately are baseline and follow-up lab work. Most clinics charge a membership fee and the cost of medication on top. We don’t.

Your first visit is in person at our Liberty Lake clinic so we can complete an exam and body composition analysis. After that it’s your call — most patients mix in-office visits with telehealth follow-ups.
